The business was started by the owner Mr. Gagan Baid in the year 1991 as a sole proprietor. He started the business by supplying Fans and Coolers. As a passionate person in the field of electricity, he started looking for more expansion and diversification of his business.

In the year 1993, he started a shop named GEETA ELECTRICAL where he started supplying all the products like fans, lights, coolers, and all the spare parts that were required to maintain the power supply for household purposes and commercial purposes.

After a few years, he started installing and maintaining commercial and household electric meters, internal and external electrification, and other power-supplying equipment for Public, Private, and Government sectors in his hometown Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

In the year 2016, he renamed the company as V M Infra and continued power supply in and around the state of Chhattisgarh.

DG installation refers to the installation of a diesel generator (DG) set also refer as GenSet.
